I’ve hired myself as my own P.R person and done a little round up of some bits I’ve been working on so far this month – in case you were looking for something to click on. Some things are behind paywalls unfortunately but that is the way the biscuit crumbles!
I was a guest columnist in the Business Post and wrote about what it was like having guests over after so long. It took me three days to clean my house and I had to establish a Centre for Disease Control (hand sanitizer) on top of the tumble drier but it was worth it.
Season 6 of Lennon Courtney Left Alone wrapped and we ended with a great guest in Senator Eileen Flynn. This past season, Brendan and Sonya, have had guests for the first time and I really think it makes the podcast stronger. You can listen back to past episodes for free wherever you get your p’casts. It’s my favourite season yet. I’ve also been lucky enough to work on Poz Vibe Podcast, created and hosted by Veda Lady and Robbie Lawlor. It also wrapped this month but series 2 is already in pre-production. But while Poz Vibe Podcast rests, Veda and Robbie launched The Trans Vibe Podcast hosted by Paige Behan and Jake Corder. Both podcasts want to smash stigma around HIV+ status and being trans in 2021 and I am lucky to be working with them all.
I did the Pop Culture slot on the Louise McSharry Show on 2FM which is always so much fun. I was then on the Brendan O’Connor show with some film and TV recommendations for the week. Honey, find a girl that can do both (stations).
Over at Rogue Collective, I wrote about Bennifer Afflopez and ask if you should ever get back with your ex? The experts I spoke to seem to think so but like anything worthwhile, it takes worrrrk. On Image.ie, I wrote about routine and the WTF of WFH . And finally, If the question, who would win in a fight, Grand Designs or Changing Rooms keeps you up at night, look no further!
Finally, finally, here is a link where you can make a donation to crisis aid in Afghanistan.
